"Children and adults across school have been involved today in electing our new Head Boy and Head Girl. Candidates have been campaigning all week and all gave excellent, confident speeches in assembly this morning. A big well done to them all for the mature way in which they have approached the election process. Watch this space for results which are currently being counted and verified!"

"A great time was had at the Archery festival yesterday at Harrogate High school. We took 6 children from Year 4 and they quickly picked up the skills, having never held a bow and arrow before. By helping each other to load their bows and quickly retrieving their arrows, they managed to score enough points to come first out of ten schools. Alfie was also awarded for determination to keep trying."
