"Year 4 had a very exciting Roman Day this week which started with an extremely well acted play for their class assembly all about Ancient Rome. They shared poetry and artwork with their parents. In class they built colosseums out of sugar cubes, made chariots while watching the chariot race in Ben Hur and had a Roman banquet... laying down of course! They also made the names out of ancient Latin letters. A great day was had by all. Well done Year 4. Mr DCM"
